Welcome back! We hope you had a restful half-term holiday and made the most of the mild weather!

What an action-packed time we have had over the last two weeks! Despite the mixup with the coach, our visit to Hobbledown was fantastic and the children really benefitted from seeing the different animal classification groups. We were so lucky with the weather that day they even managed to have a go in the play areas!

We have had an exciting time in maths learning different methods to solve subtraction equations. In Literacy, we have really enjoyed the story of Jack and the beanstalk and have been thinking of adjectives to describe the characters in the story.

We started our History topic - Back in Time by finding out all about the late Queen Elizabeth ll.
