T&T stands for Trampoline and Tumbling. It is a companion sport to gymnastics and is governed by USA Gymnastics, the same organization that oversees competitive gymnastics in the United States. There are four separate events in competitive T&T: trampoline, synchronized trampoline, double mini, and tumbling. There is no all-around competition, so an athlete may compete at different levels on each event, making it easier for athletes to progress using their specific strengths.
Unlike most sports, our Competitive Team athletes have the flexibility to choose a Team that best suits their schedule, skill level, and personal goals! We encourage all athletes to utilize this flexibility to become a well-rounded athlete and person by working toward achieving academic excellence, pursuing a hobby, spending time with loved ones, or simply resting the mind and body. Legacy T&T is proud to boast not only one of the top teams in Nevada but also one of the top competitive programs in the country! Since starting in 2005, owner Mig O'Hara and coach Richelle Harris have trained more than 20 National Champions, National Team Members, International medalists, Olympic Trials participants, and 2020 Olympic Bronze Medalist Krysta Palmer. Coach Richelle is the Nevada Technical chair, being a top-ranked judge in all three disciplines. Together, they have created a training culture that is fun, effective, and successful!
Whether you are looking for a flexible schedule or a long-term goal, we have a Team for everyone! Athletes will flourish under the guidance of our highly trained coaching staff, and will create memories that will shape the rest of their lives!
Athletes should wear athletic attire, bring a pair of socks, and all participants will need to have an Insurance Waiver signed by a parent.
