Mig O'Hara

Owner

Co-Head Competitive Team Coach

Nevada State Chair

Coach Mig has been coaching Developmental and Elite level Artistic gymnastics for over 40 years.  After ten years of competitive gymnastics, which included winning three Maryland State Championships as well as finishing in the top ten at the College Nationals, she went on to compete in both Sports Acrobatics and T&T.  She and her partner won the Bronze Medal for Women’s Pairs at the 1978 US National Acrobatic Championships and became members of the National Team.  The following year, she attended the World Age Group Championships in Honolulu where she placed sixth in Tumbling.  For the next 15 years, Coach Mig pursued a career in show business, performing as a dancer, singer, acrobat, and aerialist in theaters all over the United States, in the Caribbean, and on cruise ships.  While performing as a lead dancer in the show Splash at the Reno Hilton, she met her husband-to-be and decided to make Reno her home.  In the spring of 2005, she started her own business, Legacy T&T.  Coach Mig is proud to have 20+ athletes (so far) win National Championship titles in T&T.  She has taken several athletes to international competitions, including the International Age Group Championships, the Flower Cup, the Flanders Cup, and the David Ward-Hunt Cup. She has been a member of the Olympic Development Program Committee, and served as the tumbling representative for the Junior Olympic Committee.  She is also the Nevada State Chair for T&T and is a rated judge in all three disciplines.  Coach Mig has consistently had athletes on the JumpStart National Team, ODP National Team, and both Junior and Senior US National Teams.  Most recently she has helped provide athletes the opportunity to continue excelling outside of the T&T world through either Aerial Skiing, Cirque du Soleil, or Diving.  She is the former Artistic and T&T coach for 2020 Tokyo Olympic Diver and Bronze Medalist Krysta Palmer!  While continuing to perform with the “Colin Ross Band,” teach dance, choreograph, and help produce special events, Coach Mig hopes to build the finest T&T program in the country… with a little help from her incredibly talented coaching staff!

Richelle Harris

Business Manager

Co-Head Competitive Team Coach

Head Mini Team Coach

Nevada Technical Chair

Coach Richelle retired from Artistic gymnastics in 2004 after a long, successful career as a high-level gymnast.  She was recruited as a college gymnast to Boise State University, where she attended school for a little over 1 year.  She then decided to return home to Reno when her mother fell ill and continued her education at the University of Nevada-Reno, where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with Distinction.  She continued to maintain her connection with gymnastics through coaching.  Coach Richelle began her coaching career in 1999, when she taught her very first recreational artistic gymnastics class.  She quickly moved to coaching the competitive team while in Boise and again when she returned to Reno.  In the spring of 2005, she accepted a team coaching position with Legacy T&T.  In addition to training competitive athletes, she came out of retirement in order to compete herself.  She won a Bronze Medal for Double Mini at the 2005 US National Championships!  Coach Richelle is thrilled to have the opportunity to work with so many talented, young athletes as she continues to follow her passion as a coach.  She is proud to have coached numerous athletes on the JumpStart National Team, EDP National Team, and both Junior and Senior US National Teams, as well as Trampoline Olympic Trials participants and 20+ National Champions!  Several of her former athletes have continued to pursue athletic excellence after their T&T career, either on the US National Aerial Ski Team, in the Cirque du Soleil show Drawn to Life at Disney Springs in Walt Disney World, or even the Olympics!  Coach Richelle is proud to have been the trampoline coach of 2020 Tokyo Olympic Bronze Medalist for the 3 meter springboard diving event Krysta Palmer!  Not only is she a coach, but she is also a CAT 1 rated T&T judge on all three disciplines, the Nevada Technical Chair, the business manager for Legacy T&T, and a mom to her two daughters Kahlan and Kadence.  Coach Richelle is a huge advocate for breast cancer research after losing her mother to the horrible disease in 2008, and is so appreciative of the support she receives by her athletes, parents, and co-workers at Legacy T&T!
