Adult Class Reservations
Reservations for our adult classes are made with ease using our Acuity Scheduling link! Simply click the button below and follow the prompts to schedule the day and class you wish. Want to reserve more than one date? No problem! Want to schedule a class for you and a friend? No problem! Through Acuity Scheduling, you can schedule up to 4 weeks worth of classes at a time, and can reserve multiple spots for a single class as well. Acuity Scheduling even lets you create an account to save your information for future visits. Reservations are not required but highly encouraged as space is limited. And advanced reservations receive the advanced purchase rate!
Athletes ages 16 years and older.
All athletes must have a current signed Insurance Waiver on file.
Athletes under the age of 18 must have a parent/legal guardian sign the waiver and must provide identification to verify age.
Athletes ages 18 and over must provide identification to verify age.
Classes are non-refundable.
Advanced reservations must be made at least 4 hours prior to class.
Advanced reservations are REQUIRED for the Sunday Bundle. Valid for Sunday classes only. All credits expire 30 days from purchase date. Athletes who do not reserve their spot in advance will not be able to use any credits and will need to pay the walk-in price for entry into class.
Advanced reservations are REQUIRED for Punch Card use; Punch Card athletes who do not reserve their spot in advance will not be able to use any Punch Card funds and will need to pay the walk-in price for entry into class.
Any cancellations or rescheduled classes must be made at least 4 hours before class unless extenuating circumstances apply, which will be at the discretion of Legacy T&T. A credit will be held for cancelled classes for 30 days from the original class date and can be used for any class of equal price.
Missed Silks Intensive classes can to be made up during the designated make-up days offered during the Intensive. Reservations must be made in advance; please contact us at 775-224-2006 to schedule a make-up. All make-ups expire at the end of the Intensive.
No refunds or credits available for athletes who no-call no-show, including punch card athletes.
Late athletes who arrive more than 30 minutes after the start of class will not be allowed to participate and will loose the credit for the class.
Space is limited. Reservations are first come, first served. A waitlist will be available for full classes.
