Legacy T&T is excited to offer an Adult Trampoline & Tumbling Open Training Session for athletes ages 16 and over! This class is overseen by an instructor but is not structured so athletes are welcome to work on any skills they wish! Use this time to learn new tricks into the foam pit, swing giants in straps, chalk up for some ring strength training, or simply perfect your cartwheel. Whether you were a former gymnast or a complete beginner, this class will work your body like never before!
Legacy T&T is proud to offer Gymnastics for Adults! This class will be a structured class in which an instructor will lead athletes through a series of progressions in order to build strength, flexibility, and overall physical fitness. By using different gymnastics apparatuses, athletes will learn the basic techniques that will develop into the harder and more impressive flipping and twisting skills in a fun and safe environment! Back by popular demand! Legacy T&T's newest class addition to our Adult Program is our Strength & Conditioning drop-in class for athletes ages 16 and older! Strength training is a type of physical exercise specializing in the use of resistance to induce muscular contraction which builds the strength, anaerobic endurance, and size of skeletal muscles. This class will use different gymnastics apparatuses to build strength and stamina.
