Social Studies

Welcome to the STEM Program and to 6th grade Social Studies! My name is Ms. Hannah Brown, and I am excited for a year full of learning. This is my first year at Lee County Middle School East. I earned my B.S. in Middle Grades Education from Georgia Southwestern University. I am certified to teach social studies, science and math. This year in Social Studies we will cover Europe, Canada, Australia, as well as Latin America. We will cover government, trade and major political events in each region. My classroom will be engaging and challenging while integrating literacy and the engineering and design process.
