Hello Falcons!

What a crazy semester! I know that all of our lives look so different right now, but first and foremost, I hope all of you know how much we miss you in the hallways, in the classrooms, on the fields, on the stages, and in our lives. This is an unprecedented time in our history, and it is amazing to witness the great qualities we have seen in each and every one of you...compassion, resilience, patience, and commitment to a cause greater than us to name a few. The staff at Lake Dallas High School, along with everyone else in the District, has been working very hard to ensure that your needs are met. If you are in need of food or technology, please do not hesitate to let me or any of your teachers know. We are still here for you everyday, it's just in a different way. We are only a click away. Everyone has also been working on building LDHS@HOME, so that you can work with your teachers to continue your education through technology.

Seniors, we have not forgotten you. Please know that we are constantly adjusting and readjusting plans, and we will do all that we can to celebrate your accomplishments and your upcoming graduation.

Again, I know our lives and our learning both look very different right now, but our time apart won't last forever. Before you know it, we will all be back in the Falcon's Nest together sharing stories of what everyone was doing at home during this time. I can't wait to see each and every one of you on campus, but until then, enjoy learning at LDHS@HOME.
