How we express ourselves!
LO: I can research features of a Gurdwara.
Apollo class used their chromebooks to research different features of a Gurdwara. They added the information to their fact sheets.
LO: I can use adjectives.
We used clicker to describe different pictures. We had to use the sentence structures to support us with using adjectives.
LO: I can research about Greek Gods.
Apollo class used their chromebooks to find out information about different Greek Gods.
LO: I can use charcoal to mark make and shade.
We used charcoal to copy different patterns and used our knowledge on shading to help.
LO: I can read for pleasure.
This week, we went to the school library where we chose a book of our choice and read to an adult.
LO: I can partition using tens and ones.
For maths this week, we were looking at tens and ones. We used dienes to help us recognise what they are and how to partition numbers. As a challenge some of Apollo class moved on to hundreds, tens and ones.
