With so many things in society that can impact our overall well being, making sure our children have a safe space to talk has been vital in helping them to improve their mental health. Resilience is our focus for this year, explaining to the children what to do when things do not go according to plan. It is important that they learn how to cope with life's ups and downs and develop strategies to help them stay calm in the midst of an emotional storm. We are continuing to reinforce the importance of breathing techniques as well as developing our very own specialist team that can help any child who is struggling with their well being.
