How to Drop a
Dual Credit Class

ELIZABETHTOWN COMMUNITY AND TECHNICAL COLLEGE

To drop an ECTC dual credit course, you must complete a drop form (located outside the guidance office) and e-mail it to your teachers/professors, clarissa.thomas@larue.kyschools.us, kelly.sandidge@larue.kyschools.us, and lsimms0007@kctcs.edu from your KCTCS e-mail account. You may use the scanner on the copy machine to scan and e-mail the document to your e-mail account. You could also e-mail the document as a picture.

Please ask your professor about your drop date. Professors should coordinate with Lauren Simms to provide you with a specific drop date for your class. Not every class has the same drop date.

Sample Statement

I would like to drop MAT 150.
