1. Acceptance of Terms

The www.KRIC.edu.pk and all linked web pages are owned and operated by KRIC, a Pakistan based multidisciplinary research center. By accessing the site, viewing any content or using any offers on this site; you are bound to agree to these terms, together with our Privacy policy.

2. Description of Offerings

The website is an online resource facilitating seekers of information regarding knowledge and research to acquire what KRIC provides. The site also elucidates profile of the institution and offers the various researches, theoretical knowledge and training options. Offerings presented include, but are not limited to, materials displayed, transmitted or performed on the Site.

3. Access Rights

The visitor’s access to and use of the website may be interrupted from time to time, which may result due to hardware malfunction, updating, maintenance or repair of the site or due to any other reason within or outside the control of KRIC, Pakistan. The center reserves the sole rights to impose limits, suspend or discontinue the access on any or the entire site and/ or any offerings and/ or remove any content at any time without any prior notice or liability.

4. User Conduct

KRIC, Pakistan’s General offerings are available to all individuals who are at least 14 years of age and have preliminary understanding of the offerings they desire, however specific offerings are available in accordance with various types and levels of membership. Any unauthorized minor accessing the Site or person authorizing such minor is responsible for the online conduct and the consequences of any misuse. As a condition of use, the visitor agrees not to use the www.KRIC.edu.pk for any purpose that is unlawful, prohibited or not intended by KRIC, Pakistan under these Terms. With the exception of accessing RSS feeds no visitor will use any robot, spider, scraper or any other automated means to access the website for any general or specific purpose without KRIC, Pakistan’s written permission. Additionally, agree that you will not:

(i) take any action that imposes or may impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;

(ii) interfere or endeavor to interfere with the proper functioning of the website or any of the activities conducted on the website; or

(iii) bypass any of the measures used to prevent or restrict access to the website.

KRIC, Pakistan reserves sole rights to change any of mentioned terms of use at any time without any prior notice or liability.
