Objectives

To make recommendations and/ or provide key information and materials on strategic goals to the Governing Body of KRIC.

Responsibilities of Advisory Committee

The responsibilities of the advisory committee include any or all of the following:-

1. Strategic Planning advise. Provide advice concerning selection, planning and achievement of strategic objectives.

2. Program Creation and Planning. Provide advice concerning the design and plans for a program.

3. Development of Program Policy. Provide advice concerning policy making.

4. Planning and Implementing Public Relations. Assist through influential community leaders to effectively spread the word about program services.

5. Development of Subcommittees. To develop subcommittees required for assigned tasks in specific areas, e.g. public awareness subcommittee for making recommendations about public awareness strategies and resources.

6. Other Tasks. To assist in any other task with specific goals, that is assigned by the Governing Body.

Membership

Governing body along with CEO’S and pertinent advisors formulate the Advisory Committee selected on the basis of individual competence. Advisory Committee comprises of distinguished 23 multidisciplinary members, who shall serve for a period of three years. The nominated Chairs of the Advisory Committee from among selected Advisory Committee members, are thereby finally confirmed by the Governing body.
