GUIDELINES for Patients, Consultant Doctors and Distribution Points (DPs)
Patient’s Guidelines
1.If you are a COVID-19 patient, then by registering at KRIC website or through this form Corona Patient's Initial Information, you shall be eligible for Integrative Treatment along with PAK-20. The treatment is chiefly from Tib-e-Nabawi (SAWW). If you cannot register yourself then ask someone to do so on your behalf.
2.Only one pack of PAK-20 will be issued to you as a patient. If there are more patients requiring medicine, each of them will have to register himself separately.
3.On registration, you will be allotted your Patient ID and a Consultant Doctor by KRIC, a message to this effect will be sent to both you and concerned Consultant Doctor.
4.After registration, contact the concerned Consultant Doctor, who shall guide you regarding precautionary measures, medicine dosage and frequency of use, nutrition diet plan and handling of co-morbidities (other diseases you are suffering from).
5.After this consultancy by the doctor, you will be intimated about release of PAK-20.
6.You must not use PAK-20 before consulting the allocated Consultant Doctor and should also get the complete treatment plan regarding immunity boosting and diet nutrition.
7.Continually inform/ follow-up about your health condition daily or on alternate days to allocated Consultant Doctor for advice about any required adjustments in medicine dose, frequency and diet.
8.At the end of recovery, by Almighty ALLAH’s blessings, please, provide feed-back to concerned Consultant Doctor to assist KRIC for further scientific improvements.
9.Please, ensure that once PAK-20 is put to use, it is kept in air tight container, away from sun light, contamination and under temperature below 30o C.
Consultant Doctors’ Guidelines
1.Volunteer doctors are requested to register themselves at KRIC website or through this formDoctor's Registration (Volunteers). On registration, KRIC will allot you Doctor ID as a reference number.
2.After registration, you will undergo a short training regarding application of KRIC’s Integrative Treatment Plan.
3.KRIC will allot certain number of patients to you for guiding the patients regarding precautionary measures, medicine dosage and frequency of use, nutrition diet plan and handling of co-morbidities.
4.You are requested to note the patient’s Pre-treatment Information on KRIC issued one-page form and later enter the detail in Patient’s Pre-treatment Information Form at KRIC website or through this formPatient's Pre-Treatment Consultation Information, for record.
5.Keep a follow-up about allocated patients’ health condition daily or on alternate days, for advice to patient about any required adjustments in medicine dose, frequency and diet.
6.At the end of recovery, by Almighty ALLAH’s blessings, get feed-back from allocated patients and register Patient’s Post Treatment Information at KRIC website or through this form Patient's Post-Treatment Consultation Information, to assist KRIC for further scientific improvements.
7.Please, also advise the Patient to ensure that once PAK -20 is put to use, it is kept in air tight container, away from sun light, contamination and under temperature below 30o C.
Distribution Point (DP) Guidelines
1.Each DP Officer (DPO) is requested to register at KRIC website or through this form Distribution Point (DP) Registration (Volunteer). Only those who volunteer through registering shall be considered a DP. On registration, KRIC will issue DP ID to DPO as a reference number.
2.Distribution of PAK-20 will be through centralized control by KRIC and de-centralized distribution through worthy DPs.
3.KRIC will intimate registered patient’s detail to concerned DP for release of PAK-20.
4.DPs will try that PAK-20 is delivered to the patient in shortest possible time. To meet courier expenditures for delivery, following options are available to respected DPOs:
a.If patient is willing then PAK-20 be delivered through Courier Charges on Delivery (COD).
b.Else, if worthy DPO is ready to contribute, he can pay.
c.Else, consolidated charges incurred be intimated to KRIC on weekly bases and KRIC will bear the expenditure.
5.Each DP is requested to add PAK-20 issue record at KRIC website or through this form Pak-20 Issue Record.
6.KRIC will ensure availability of PAK-20 to all registered DPs centrally as required, for distribution to registered COVID-19 patients.
7.DPOs should inform KRIC for immediate replenishment, once their held stock of PAK-20 reaches Five (5) packs.
8.None except KRIC’s authorized/ trained doctors should provide consultation or instructions for use of PAK-20 or Integrative Treatment Plan to the patient.
