| Feeling stuck on a project?
"Self-paced learning can be like the gym, only that you CAN do it from your sofa, or even at the park with the phone. Don't stop thinking of your work in progress while you’re doing something else, keep your files always open on the laptop, so at random times you can type in a little something for the project to keep the fire burning. If you get stuck, take a little “break” and do other smaller refinement tasks for the project...and then move back to the problem."
Makes sense, right? This is the advice from Kostas, one of our Slack Coaches. As you can see, they are wise, helpful and, since they graduated from Nanodegrees themselves, they know what you are going though.
Slack Coaches are yet another great resource that could help you progress with your projects!
Who are they? Where to find them? We covered these, and many other questions you might have in our brand new How to Use Slack Coaches page.

We are organising two Webinars with them! Save the following dates:
Among Speakers we will have Francesca Cuda – a Head of Engineering at ustwo (cos who doesn't love the Monument Valley?), Teresa Birks – a former accountant, who never wrote a line of code before the Scholarship and started working as a Junior Android Developer a few months after graduation, and Inês Armada Brás, whom you probably recognise from Udacity's Student Success Stories !

| Friday funday has finally arrived, and on this occasion here are few "fun" updates for you:
Student leaders will “own” a Slack channel, but will also have some greater admin role in the general channels. They will ensure that positive environment is kept, that all the information is relayed to everyone, that all the questions are answered, and if there are any issues, that they are passed along to the community managers. As a Student Leader, we will rely on you for feedback and ideas about our student community and work closely with you to make it even more amazing. We encourage anyone who is interested to apply! No previous experience is required.
Please fill in this form and help us lead this community to graduation!
