This initiative is designed to celebrate the dedication, achievements, and everyday excellence of our colleagues. It provides a platform for recognising those who go above and beyond—demonstrating honesty, faith, and courage in all they do.
By uplifting and celebrating each other’s contributions, we foster a culture where opportunity and success thrive, not just within our schools, but on a global stage. The Shout Out – Recognition Scheme is a simple yet powerful way to show appreciation and acknowledge the people who make our workplace truly exceptional.

MyKGA.pdf1. Nominate a Colleague: Have you witnessed a colleague going above and beyond in their work? Maybe they have demonstrated exceptional teamwork, creativity, or dedication. Whatever the reason, you can nominate them for a shout-out!
2. Click the Shout Out Button: It's as easy as clicking a button! Simply locate the Shout Out Button on our organisations intranet and fill out a brief nomination form. Share why you believe your colleague deserves recognition for their efforts.
3. Quarterly Recognition: Every quarter, we will randomly select one lucky nominee from the pool of shout-outs to receive a £25 voucher of their choosing! Plus, every single employee who has received a shout-out will have their nomination posted and recognised on this page!
The Shout Out – Recognition Scheme is more than just a prize draw—it’s about fostering a culture of appreciation where every effort, big or small, is valued and celebrated.
Every nominee will receive recognition here on MyKGA, ensuring they know their hard work has been recognised. This initiative is about lifting each other up, acknowledging dedication that often goes unnoticed, and strengthening the sense of pride and belonging within our team.
