Offers a variety of programs, camps, swim lessons, and fitness opportunities throughout the year.
Hockomock YMCA has hired a Community Social Worker to support families in this area.
Families do not have to be Y families already. They hope to be able to add onsite services in the future, but can support referrals to families for a variety of needs; as well as child care, Y camp scholarships and more.

Massachusetts Accessible Trails: MA has paved rail tails and accessibility designed hiking trails that are great for families.
Mass Audubon Wildlife Sanctuaries Listing-Sites throughout the State have trails and programs for children, adults and families.
Trustees of the Reservations: Offer places to explore throughout the State including museums, houses and gardens, woodlands and parks, coastal areas, farms and community gardens. Programs, hiking, family activities, classes, art exhibits, wellness events and more. Member/Nonmember fees may apply

Programs in swimming, track & field, cross country skiing, and wheelchair basketball programs. Sport programs by partners such as Spaulding Adaptive Sports Centers, Northeast Passage and Community Rowing include sled hockey, wheelchair rugby, power soccer, rowing, running, sailing and wheelchair tennis. There are sport programs for athletes at all levels of skill and competitiveness from novices to Paralympians. Also provide consultation to identify opportunities for inclusion.

TOPSoccer is a community-based training and team placement program for young athletes with disabilities, developed by US Youth Soccer and offered by KPSA. The program is designed to bring the opportunity of learning and playing soccer to any boy or girl, ages 4-19, who has an intellectual or physical disability. Play on Sunday mornings for 6 weeks in the fall (Sept.- Oct.) and 6 weeks in spring (April- May). For information: topsoccergold@gmail.com.
