Statewide Family Support Groups
Most are currently offered remotely.
Please contact the group leader to get the conference call or video conferencing details.
Most of our Family Support Groups are open to anyone, while some are especially for
members of the the Black/Brown community,
parents of children and teens,
parents of adults, elderly caregivers, partners/spouses,
adult children of people with mental health conditions,
family members of people diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder,
and parents of adults diagnosed with Schizophrenia.
(Through BAMSI Brockton Area Multi Service Inc, and Dept. of Mental Health)
To support families who are challenged by their children’s mental, emotional, and/or behavioral challenges (ages 5 – 25). The goal of PIN is to empower families and assist them in navigating their child within the community.

PPAL
Parent/Professional Advocacy League
Provides support groups virtually for parents/family members to join others parenting children with emotional, behavioral and mental health needs.
Also provide support to individual parents/caregivers navigating needs of children with emotional, behavioral and mental health needs.

Adoption Journeys, Child & Family Services, Inc
"Adoption Journeys is a program of Child & Family Services, Inc., serving families formed through adoption and guardianship statewide, through five regional offices. All services are focused on adoption and guardianship, and can include in-home support, advocacy, support groups and referrals, as well as social activities, respite services, and training. This program is funded by a grant from the Department of Children and Families, so direct services can be provided at no cost to families. Our voluntary services are available to families at any time after finalization and can be focused to address a family’s unique needs."
