Statewide Family Support Groups
Most are currently offered remotely.

Most of our Family Support Groups are open to anyone, while some are especially for
members of the the Black/Brown community,
parents of children and teens,
parents of adults, elderly caregivers, partners/spouses,
adult children of people with mental health conditions,
family members of people diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder,
and parents of adults diagnosed with Schizophrenia.
New England Medical Group, offering partial hospitalization programs for adolescents (Milford/Hingham) also hosts free Family Support meetings for community members affected by their loved ones’ mental health or substance use disorder. Ongoing meetings will be held every second Tuesday of the month. Link to join
The Commission on Grandparents Raising Grandchildren
The Commission is a Massachusetts resource on issues affecting grandparents raising grandchildren, and relatives, other than parents, raising kin.
They provide financial, legal, DCF, custody and other information; as well as support service resources.
