Supporting the health and wellbeing of students, and staff is a priority for administrators of the four districts.    As we move beyond the year impacted by the pandemic,  continued focus on wellness  is critical.  This resource will provide wellness information, programming and resources.  Please check back from time to time as updates will continue to be provided.

The administration and counseling teams at each school are available to you if you have child specific concerns.   If you need additional resources in the community or on a specific topic,  I am also available to assist you in locating resources.

Take care and be well,

In the spring of 2019, the four Superintendents of Norfolk, Plainville, Wrentham and King Philip Schools collaborated on common priorities around improving  access to student behavioral and mental health services.  As part of this, the districts understood the importance of looking at wellness through the Whole School, Whole Community, Whole Child Model, (WSCC),  to strengthen student learning and health across the districts.  A regional Director of Wellness was hired in July 2019.

Each of the WSCC tenets and layers play a role in helping our students feel safe, healthy, challenged, supported and engaged.

This resource is provided to raise awareness and support students, families and the school community.
