Thank you to our school counsellors, Edrie and Jimmy for a very supportive and valuable talk on Resilience at a time it was most needed. This talk provides valuable tips on how parents can support their children through adversities to build their resilience.
Feel free to watch the youtube presentation at your leisure.
Many thanks to yoga expert, Mrs Diva Chugani, for sharing her expertise in these two special videos created specially for our community to support our wellbeing initiatives during the difficult time of Covid-19 pandemic (February - May 2020). At this time schools were suspended and all learning was switched to online. These two videos, one on breathing technique and the other on overall wellbeing of body and mind were useful tools to support our students and parents.
A breathing technique which has proved effective in detoxing and building our immune system. It is also helpful for lowering anxiety and increasing concentration.
A holistic yoga experience to include yoga postures, dance yoga and mindfulness to promote concentration, relaxation and overall wellbeing .
