Counselors’ Groups at BCI
It’s that time of year again where Mrs. Hester and I look for students to participate in our Spring Groups. Parents are welcome to sign up their students for a group by using this form.
We are also looking for families that may be interested in a grief group. In previous years, we have partnered with the community service, GriefWorks, to provide a safe and comfortable way for students to connect with other students who have experienced loss. Please reach out to Jake Seibert, 5th grade counselor, if this experience for your student would benefit your family.

Alliance for Children will be returning to BCI on January 10th to teach our students about Internet Safety. This lesson will explore talking to trusted adults about internet usage, digital footprints, cyberbullying and responsibilities of using the internet. All students who are opted into counseling lessons will receive this lesson. If you are unaware if your student is opted into counseling or have any other questions about this lesson, please reach out to your grade level counselor.

Thank you for dropping off your student(s) in the student loop using Phillips Dr.
The front entrance of the school is reserved for carpooling students of 3 or more.
As a reminder, for the safety of our students and staff, no cell phone use is allowed,
the speed limit is 10 mph on school property and 20 mph in School Zones.

We encourage you to review the map for drop off and pick up expectations. Our focus is for safety for all. The easiest piece of advice is to follow our staff's instructions in our drop off/pick up lanes. If they need you to pull up, please follow this procedure; otherwise, you will be backing up the lanes for drop off which can cause students to be tardy or not being aware of safety concerns as they pertain to our crosswalks. Thank you in advance!
To improve the communication of menu changes Sodexo has recently launched new and improved online menus for Keller ISD through Nutrislice at https://kellerisd.nutrislice.com/menus-eula .
This change will provide students, staff and families the most up-to-date printable and digital menus that are reflective of any changes that need to be made to the menus.

Keller ISD is proud to have Texas Central School Bus as the District’s transportation provider! TCSB has a fleet of 243 buses and provides transportation to over 7,500 students across the District.
KISD is required to provide bus service to eligible students who live more than two miles from their campus of regular attendance and for special needs students who require transportation to attend school.
