Young people face a lot of important choices in a lot of different areas of their lives. And at times it can get pretty overwhelming.

Knowledge is power: the more clued-up and informed you are, the more comfortable you will be in making important decisions, like what am I going to do when I leave school?

That’s where careers information, advice and guidance comes in and why it’s so important to take advantage of what you are offered at school. Those meetings with the HCA careers adviser, employability skills lessons and qualification, the opportunity to take part in work experience or work towards a vocational qualification at Circles Farm, CTP or Essex Youthbuild will all help you make decisions.
