student & parent log into BigTeams and sign forms for the current year
Transfer Students
provide an up to date transcript from your previous school
complete the transfer waiver in BigTeams
Home School Students
If you are home schooled during the 2023-24 school year, you will need to provide the following BEFORE trying out:
High School Activities Alternative Education Enrollment Form
schedule of courses currently enrolled in
current transcript
immunization record
ONLY students in the NPHS attendance area may participate in sports at NPHS unless you have played a sport at NPHS before.
Home school students will be charged a $250 fee per activity for the 2023-24 school year. This fee DOES NOT apply to BEST home school students.
