NPHS dances are held for NPHS students. Status as a currently enrolled NPHS student, or a BEST/North Star Middle College student in the NPHS attendance area, will be verified when tickets are purchased.
Guests
All ticket sales will be in advance. The deadline for ticket sales will be announced at school. No tickets will be sold at the door for any dances.
BEST home school students, North Star Middle College students who live in the NPHS attendance area, and homeschool students who are NPHS athletes may purchase tickets and attend NPHS dances. All dance policies that apply to NPHS students also apply to these students.
Non-NPHS students cannot buy tickets to NPHS dances and are only allowed as guests at Senior Ball and Junior/Senior Prom.
Guest attendance is at the discretion of the principal.
All guests must be 20 years of age or younger, but may not be K-8 students.
Guests must fill out a dance contract and have it approved no later than 1 week before the dance by NPHS administration.
Guests must be in good standing at their schools, have been in good standing at the time of graduation, or be in good standing in the community.
Guest sponsors must be in attendance with their guests at all times and are responsible for their conduct.
