Basketball Tournament Coaches Packet

Welcome to the 2025 NPHS Invitational Basketball Tournament!

We're looking forward to some great JV/small school basketball Feb. 12-15.  Tournament info was sent to each school by email, and will also be provided when you arrive.

Games will stream on NFHS Network.

Tournament Fees

Your tournament fee of $250 per team is due upon arrival.  You can pay by check payable to North Pole High School or using our online payment system.  If paying online, please select either the boys or girls tournament (these are separate items on the payment page).

Tournament Program

There will be a QR code posted by the gym entrance to access our online tournament program.

Internet Access

Internet access during the tournament will be available on the FNSBSD Public network.  The password for internet access is GoldenHeart.

Emergencies

In case of any injuries, there will be an athletic trainer present at the tournament.  In addition, you can access the tournament Emergency Action Plan.

Tournament Awards

Each head coach should submit their award ballots before the last game on Saturday.

Checkout Procedure

Teams staying at North Pole High School will receive keys when they arrive.  Please refer to the overnight contract instructions on how to leave your room at the end of the tournament.  Keys can be given to an NPHS administrator or left on the desk in your room.
