Emergency Action Plans

ASAA and the Fairbanks North Star Borough School District require an Emergency Action Plan (EAP) for all activities.  Coaches, advisors, volunteers, and students should all be familiar with your EAP and it should be practiced (SIMULATION ONLY) at least once per season.  Coaches/advisors can download the fillable pdf below and enter the required information.  The completed form should be printed and available at all practices and events.
