TRANSCRIPT REQUEST

CURRENT ROOSEVELT STUDENTS  

• Unofficial transcripts are available in Infinite Campus under Documents.

  • Students can download transcript to their computer and then upload to application when permitted.

• First two official transcripts will be FREE. Third and additional official transcripts will be $1.00 each.

• Official transcripts will be available:

  • Pick-up in Counseling two (2) days after request is received. Student will be responsible to mail or deliver trancript to college of their choosing. Do NOT open envelope.

  • Emailed to college email address provided within 48 hours.

• Complete the online form to request an OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT

ALUMNI - PAST ROOSEVELT STUDENTS

• $5.00 fee for each transcript requested.

• Request transcripts through Parchment

Counselors are not able to fulfill transcript requests. All requests must be fulfilled through the Registrar.
