TRANSCRIPT REQUEST

CURRENT ROOSEVELT STUDENTS  

• Unofficial transcripts are available in Infinite Campus under Documents.

• First two official transcripts will be FREE. Third and additional official transcripts will be $1.00 each.

• Official transcripts will be available for pick-up two (2) days after request is received.

• Official transcripts will NOT be mailed by the school. Students must pick up from the Registrar's Office in Counseling and mail or deliver themselves.

• Complete the online form to request an OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT HERE

ALUMNI - PAST ROOSEVELT STUDENTS

• $5.00 fee for each transcript requested.

• Request transcripts through Parchment HERE

Counselors are not able to fulfill transcript requests. All requests must be fulfilled through the Registrar.
