Scholarships

This page is updated as scholarships are announced.

When looking for scholarships, please reach out to where you, your parents and/or your grandparents work for or do business with such as employers, insurance companies, banks, churches, etc... Make sure you are looking at scholarships offered through the school you're planning to attend. Some colleges you'll need to apply for those scholarships while others will qualify you when you apply for admission. Be mindful of their deadlines as well.  We also encourage students to be careful with scholarships that require you to "pay to apply." 

 We will list scholarships that we're notified of below. Please check out the list of scholarships below as well as the "Additional Scholarships." There maybe some duplicates.

Sioux Falls Area Community Foundation

The Sioux Falls Area Community Foundation houses many different scholarships. It is a great place to apply to multiple scholarships.

Build Dakota Scholarship

The Build Dakota Scholarship is a full-ride scholarship in high demand areas related to programs in SD's technical colleges. Application opened January 1.
