NCAA/NAIA
IF YOU PLAN TO PLAY SPORTS IN COLLEGE, YOU MUST REGISTER THROUGH ONE OR BOTH OF THE ELIGIBILITY CENTERS.
A student who wants to compete in either NCAA Division I or II sports must complete 16 core academic courses and must achieve a minimum grade point average in those courses. The student must also take the ACT and/or SAT College entrance exam. A sliding scale is used to determine the minimum a student-athlete can score.
ACT results must be sent directly by the testing company to NCAA by using the code 9999 as a place you would like your results sent.
Students who are potential Division I or II athletes should register with the Initial Eligibility Clearinghouse after completing their junior year in high school. To register, prospective student-athletes should access the registration materials by visiting the NCAA Eligibility Center Web site at www.eligibilitycenter.org or by clicking on the NCAA image.

NCAA DI and DII Worksheet
A student who wants to compete in a NAIA athletics must complete two of the three requirements:
1. Recieve a minimum of 18 on the ACT or 860 on the SAT.
2. Achieve a minimum cumulative high school GPA of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale.
3. Graduate in the top half of your high school.
