LT 731- Multimedia Production - Summer 2024 - 3 credits
Course Description: Students learn principles of visual design, use of sound and color, and hands-on production of text and animated resources for use in educational and training materials for the development of interactive multimedia and hypermedia lessons and presentations.
Key Takeaways: This course taught me the importance of intentional text and image placement. Most importantly, I learned about the impact of white space and how spacing can impact the way a viewer digests a graphic.
Artifact: Classroom Poster Project
This assignment required the creation of a classroom poster using the design principles discussed in class. This poster has been implemented in my classroom to aid learners in conflict resolution.
Artifact: Keynote and WeVideo Animation Project
This project required the creation of a Keynote and WeVideo Animation to teach a concept. The concepts covered in this animated video were reteaching and reviewing geometry concepts. It was implemented in my special education classroom.
