About Me:

• My name is Amelia Echeverria and I was born and raised in Peru. I am a very outgoing person, talkative and enthusiastic.  

• I love my Latino culture and teaching my own language has given me the opportunity to introduce my traditions, food, music and much more to my students. 

• Aside from my Master’s degree in Spanish Literature from the University of Hawai’i at Manoa, I also hold a post-baccalaureate in Secondary Education with a focus on Spanish and a Bachelor’s Degree in sciences from my country.
