Computer Applications Technology (C.A.T) is a technology-based subject and functions on an application-intensive subject curriculum that teaches learners advanced skills in the Microsoft Apps (Word, Excel and Access) as well as how to code a webpage using HTML. It has a theory and practical curriculum component and a national Practical Assessment Task (P.A.T) which requires learners to spend additional time after school hours for its completion. C.A.T offers exposure and development of life skills that will be used in any business, entrepreneurial, website development, and database administration context.
