Learning Targets: This week we will discuss how tension grew between Great Britian and their American colonies.

Reading/Writing:  This week we will wrap up our nonfiction text about plant cells. The unit will culminate with students writing a short compare-and-contrast informational essay on plants and animal cells. 

Homework:  

• Independently read for 20 mins at home (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Assessment:

• Compare/contrast paper due Friday (class work time)

Band: This week we will be starting our new song Jester Dance! We will be diving back into the TOE book and improving our fundamentals!

• Tuesday: 1st wave percussion; 2nd wave clarinets
