INTERIM WEEK

As a small school, Oceana does not have the resources to offer many traditional electives. Instead, we have Interim Week: a week in the spring when regular classes are suspended and teachers offer a variety of special, one-week courses.

Students choose which courses they want, and classes are small (20 students or less). Many are off campus, some are overnight, and all are fun and interesting!

Some Interim courses cost the school more money than others, and some require that students participate in fundraising, but student & family financial contributions are entirely voluntary and never determine which Interim a student participates in.
