EnrollJeffco: Round One Results & Important Next Steps
Round One of K–12 enrollment for the 2026–27 school year has officially closed. Round One results will be available on Tuesday, January 20, and families will receive notification via email from Enroll Jeffco and the EnrollJeffco parent portal.
If you have not yet logged into EnrollJeffco to register your child(ren) for next year, we strongly encourage you to do so as soon as possible. Round 2 of enrollment is now open, and it is very important that all families indicate their plans for the upcoming school year—even if you plan to return to your current school.
Accurate enrollment information is essential for our school as we plan for staffing, classroom resources, and programming. The more accurate our numbers are now, the better we can support students and families next school year.
Please visit www.enrolljeffco.org to register your child(ren) and confirm your plans for the 2026–27 school year.
Need help accessing your account? Families who have forgotten their username or password can use the Personal Account Manager to regain access.
Thank you for taking the time to complete this important step and for helping us plan for a successful school year.

Advertise your business with us! We have digital and static signage options available within a variety of sponsorship packages on our new video board in the gym. Please reach out to Mike Ackerman for more information.
It is a great time to remind everyone to be thoughtful of our neighbors and student body during drop off and pick up. We must keep the right of way clear for emergency vehicles and through traffic. With only one road to enter and exit a building this size, with this many people, the roads at the school will always be congested. There are a few things we can do as a Ralston Valley community to help make these busy times of day run as smoothly as possible.
Main Entrance - Dismissal is at 3:30 p.m. and we ask that you do not arrive to pick up your student and park in the loop before 3:00 p.m. Please be sure to pull as far forward as you can in the loop at the front of the school when dropping off or picking up your student. This helps to alleviate backups in the roundabout and get as many cars off of 80th Ave. as quickly as possible. Also, please pick up your student on the outside of the loop (closest the the sidewalk), not the inside. We do not want students passing in between cars as this is not safe.
Student Parking Lot - To keep our students safe, please do not park in our student parking lot while you wait to pick up your student(s) after school.
Roundabout on 80th- The roundabout is part of the road. Please do not park in the roundabout while waiting for dismissal time. This blocks the flow of eastbound traffic and prevents traffic exiting to the east from leaving campus as well. Please do not stop and pick up your student in the roundabout or on 80th Ave.
Fire Station - As traffic backs up on southbound Alkire, please be sure to leave room for our first responders to exit the firehouse safely and without obstruction. Do not block the exit of their garage.
82nd Ave. - Please pay attention to posted road signs along 82nd Ave. There are multiple speedbumps on 82nd Ave., making it necessary to go the speed limit or slower to ensure safe driving and prevent damage to your vehicle. There are also multiple No Parking signs along 82nd Ave. next to the school's property. Please do not park there to pick up your student.
Finally, and most importantly, please do not park across the street and ask for your student to run across 80th Ave. to be picked up. This is highly dangerous and we have shared with students that this is not permitted!
Thank you for your continued diligence when driving in and around Ralston Valley.
Traffic Reminders from Arvada Police Department
Please do NOT stop or park in the roundabout on W 80th Ave. until the car line begins to move/flow. Those waiting on the south side of W 80th Ave. just west of the roundabout need to wait there until they see the line begin to move. This usually takes a few minutes after the bell rings so please be patient. Those who attempt to stop or park in the roundabout before the line begins to move will not be allowed to stay there and will be directed to move (by continuing east) or will be ticketed by Arvada PD. This is essential for efficient traffic flow and will help the pick-up process run smoothly. It also helps to keep that area clear for emergency vehicles.
Make-A-Wish Week January 16th - January 24th
Our 15th annual Make-A-Wish Week is here! We are raising money in the name of Lily, a 10 year girl who loves Chipotle, rock climbing, Princess Jasmine, and playing with her sister!
For 14 years, the incredible dedication of the Ralston Valley community has raised over $630,000 for Make-A-Wish Colorado, granting approximately 84 wishes and changing countless lives.
We are so close to a historic milestone! Our goal this year is to reach the 100-WISH MARK!
To achieve this century of hope, we must raise a final $120,000, which will fund 16 life-changing wishes.
Let's unite, make history, and bring the magic of 100 wishes to life!
Check out the RVHS Make-A-Wish Website, Spirit Calendar (including restaurant nights) and amazing Silent Auction below to learn more about the week and how you can help our community grant 16 WISHES! This truly is one of the highlights of the school year!
We are still seeking business donations if you are interested!

Wrestling - Last Saturday, the Mustang Wrestling Team competed at the Arvada West Invitational and demonstrated tremendous effort and resilience throughout the tournament. Wyatt Smith delivered an outstanding performance, battling his way to the consolation finals and showcasing both grit and determination against strong competition.
The Mustangs followed that effort with a hard-fought dual on Thursday night at Valor Christian. In what proved to be a well-balanced and highly competitive matchup, the meet ended in a 42–42 tie, with Ralston Valley earning the victory on the tiebreaker. The dual highlighted the team’s depth, composure, and ability to compete in pressure-filled situations.
This week, the Mustangs head to Castle Rock to compete in the Sabercat Slam. Best of luck as they continue to build momentum and represent Ralston Valley with pride.
Girls Swim and Dive - Best of luck to our Girls Swim & Dive team as they compete today and tomorrow at the Jeffco Invitational at the Arvada Aquatics Center. The Mustangs hope to continue building on recent momentum, aiming to achieve personal best times and scores while pursuing state-qualifying performances. We are excited to see them represent Ralston Valley with pride, focus, and competitive excellence in the pool and on the boards.
Hockey - The Mustang hockey team faced a challenging week, encountering several setbacks against top-tier competition. Last weekend, the Mustangs dropped a hard-fought matchup against No. 2 Cherry Creek by a score of 7–3. They followed that performance with an impressive effort against the No. 1 team in the state, Poudre School District, battling until the final horn before narrowly falling 3–2.
Last night, the Mustangs competed in a game that was much closer than the final score indicates. A difficult stretch in the second period proved costly, ultimately resulting in a 6–1 loss to Monarch. Despite the result, the team’s effort and compete level remained evident throughout the game.
The Mustangs now turn their focus to the week ahead, looking to get back on track with upcoming home games against Dakota Ridge and Castle View.
Girls Basketball - The Lady Mustang basketball team earned a pair of impressive victories this past week, continuing their strong play on both ends of the floor. The Mustangs opened the week with a dominant 62–29 road win over Bear Creek, setting the tone early with disciplined execution and relentless defensive pressure.
They followed that performance with a convincing 71–37 victory over Chatfield at home on Wednesday night. Balanced scoring and timely, clutch shooting from multiple players, combined with lockdown team defense, proved to be the difference in the win over the Chargers. The Mustangs controlled the tempo throughout the game and showcased their depth and unselfish play.
Tonight, the Lady Mustangs face a significant test as they take on perennial power No. 6 Valor Christian at home. Tip-off is set for 7:30 p.m.
Boys Basketball - The Boys Basketball team continues to impress, climbing to No. 1 in the state rankings and getting a pair of dominant victories this past week. The Mustangs opened the week with a convincing 69–30 win over Bear Creek at home, feeding off the energy of the home crowd while setting the tone early on both ends of the floor. They followed that performance with an equally strong showing on the road Wednesday night, defeating Chatfield 76–49.
Throughout the week, the Mustangs displayed consistent determination on the defensive end, forcing tough shots and controlling tempo, while continuing to shoot the ball at a high level offensively. The combination of disciplined defense, efficient scoring, and team chemistry has been a hallmark of their success as they continue to set the standard statewide.
Tickets - Game tickets must be purchased through GoFan for all Jeffco-hosted events. Ticket sales to all Jeffco events in stadiums and in our gym are available through GoFan. Cash is not accepted at the gates for admittance. You are encouraged to download the GoFan App to help you purchase tickets ahead of time for all home events to save you a ton of time at the gate. This week, we have two student-athletes who have impressed in the classroom, on the floor, and in the community. "Paige Terry is an incredible student athlete. With a 4.67 GPA, her dedication to her academics is unmatched, and she shows up for our team with consistency and a calm and kind presence. A two-time state champion dancer, we are lucky to have her as a Mustang and a part of Ralston Valley." - Coach Mink. "Emma Mills works hard at all practices. She is an amazing captain and such a good leader to all of the girls. She always takes the lead and steps in to be a positive example for the girls. Emma is also in Warren Tech and is a great student." - Coach Samudio
