"THINK PINK" (CANCER AWARENESS) GAME

VOLUNTEERS:

The name of this event may change from year to year, but this is the fundraising event Boosters co-sponsors with Chatfield. Volunteers will assist the Committee Chair as necessary, including collecting donations, manning tables, decorating, etc. There are also many fun events / games that happen in between the Varsity sets that night. These are events where fans can pay to participate to raise funds for the Charity. We have had serving contests, one legged races, etc. This is a really fun event with lots of fan interaction.

POSITIONS NEEDED: COMMITTEE CHAIR AND LOTS OF VOLUNTEERS

COMMITTEE CHAIR:

The chairperson of this program will need to correspond with companies to solicit donations, correspond with the Non-Profit receiving the benefits. In the past, tee shirts have been created representing the cause chosen. This person will also need to be present to man the table during the Chatfield vs Dakota game. Once the funds are collected, this person will be responsible for getting the check to the organization.
