Registration & Uniform checkout
POSITIONS NEEDED: COMMITTEE CHAIR AND 6-7 VOLUNTEERS
VOLUNTEERS:
Volunteers are needed to help setup the cafeteria, man stations, including bags/uniforms, practice shirts, socks, spandex, spirit wear, volunteer signup, etc. These volunteers will be needed on the day of the uniform checkout, typically a school day starting at approximately 3:00 pm.
TIME COMMITMENT: Approximately 2-3 hours
COMMITTEE CHAIR:
Two chair people are necessary for this position. These people will plan and run the uniform checkout process immediately after rosters are posted. This will include helping setup the cafeteria, laying out the clothing, organizing the necessary paperwork and clothing, and checking out each player. These chairs will access the online registrations, print out forms, organize rosters, and contact families as needed.
TIME COMMITMENT: Approximately 7-8 hours (including the day of uniform checkout)
