Picture Day

POSITIONS NEEDED: 


VOLUNTEERS:

Volunteers are needed on the day of the vent to help pose players and teams, and to come up with creative shots, and depending on the photographer, may need to take photos also. Volunteers may also be asked to help with organizing photos to be posted in the online photo album. 


If you're awesome at taking pictures and want to volunteer your time, please let us know!

TIME COMMITMENT: A minimum of 2-3 hours

COMMITTEE CHAIR:

This chairperson will be responsible for reserving the date, time and location, typically the Ken Caryl Ranch House, right after the season starts, and coordinating a photographer. If this person IS the photographer, he or she will also be responsible for coordinating the teams and poses. Depending on the photographer, other parents may be needed to help the chairperson with the coordinating. This person will also be responsible for organizing and uploading the photos into the shared online photo album.

TIME COMMITMENT: A minimum of 5-6 hours
