Miracle League

VOLUNTEERS:

The entire DRHS volleyball program volunteers at the Miracle League of Denver for 4 hours on a Saturday or Sunday at the beginning of the season. This is an amazing enriching event, where the girls get to help the Adaptive Baseball teams that play at the Schaeffer Complex. They will run the players around the bases, run concessions, etc. Families are not required, but are certainly welcome to attend this event. All players are required to attend.

TIME COMMITMENT:​ Approximately 4 hours​

COMMITTEE CHAIR:

The chairperson of this event will need to be in contact with the proper person at the organization several months before the volleyball season starts in order to select a date where the girls can participate. The date must be after the season starts and before the season ends. ​

TIME COMMITMENT: Extremely minimal - maybe 30 minutes of correspondence
