EMPLOYEE ABSENCES

iSolved is our payroll system. Hourly employees use iSolved to clock in/out. All employees use iSolved to request Paid Time Off (PTO). Follow these steps to request PTO:

Login to iSolved.
Go to "Time", then "Employee Calendar", then "Request Time Off". Enter the details and be sure to press save.
After your request is approved, be sure to schedule your out of office message.

Some helpful reminders:

Employees are expected to enter their own PTO requests whenever possible, and with as much notice as possible. If you need to take off and you cannot login to iSolved, email ISPAPayroll@insightpa.org and cc: your supervisor on the message.
You must use up all of your paid time off before requesting unpaid time off.
There are several "blackout" periods each school year where PTO requests are not approved except for extenuating circumstances.
Hourly employees can take PTO in hourly increments; salaried employees may take PTO in 1/2 day (4 hours) or full day (8 hours) increments.
