HEALTH REIMBURSEMENT ARRANGEMENT (HRA)
Health Reimbursement Arrangement that fully covers your deductible!
All employees enrolled in Insight PA's health insurance plan are eligible to receive reimbursement for eligible expenses through the Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA). Any expenses that contribute to your deductible are reimbursable by the HRA. Some highlights:
The HRA is fully funded by Insight PA. This means that Insight contributes all of the money to your account; no employee contribution needed.
For 2024, the HRA amount covers the entirety of your deductible! For single coverage, it's $1,500; family coverage is $3,000.
To utilize your HRA benefit:
Pay out of pocket. If your expense counted towards your deductible, move onto Step 2. Things like copays, prescriptions, etc. are not reimbursable by the HRA. If you're unsure, wait until your Explanation of Benefits (EOB) arrives. If there's a charge in the deductible column, it's reimbursable by the HRA. Click here to see a sample.
When your Explanation of Benefits (EOB) arrives, send a copy to The Harrison Group. If you already have an account with them, you may use your account to submit the request. If you don't have an account, send your EOB to service@theharrisongrouponline.com (Employees don't have an account until after they've made their first claim request).
The Harrison Group will evaluate your EOB and send you a check for any portion that's reimbursable by your HRA. Then, you'll be able to create an account with the Harrison Group for easier future claims submission.
Tip: If you prefer to wait and send your EOBs all at once after you've met your deductible (or after you've gathered a few), you can just send the most recent. It will say that you have paid "$X,XXX.XX of your in-network deductible on the first page - this is sufficient for the Harrison Group.Â
