Health Risk Assessment – Complete the assessment in only 5-10 minutes to obtain your wellness risk and gain a better understanding of your overall health. Download a report to share results with your physician or simply have a starting point for healthy changes you may want to make.
Wellness Goals – Set your own personal wellness goals and easily track your progress.
Wellness Challenges – Participate in wellness challenges individually or grab a few co-workers to also participate for some friendly competition and accountability.
HealthyU – Check out the online wellness education courses on a variety of topics. The courses are self-paced, so you can go through them at your convenience.
Resource Library – Rather than going to the worldwide web for health and wellness information, search current and evidence-based information from the Mayo Clinic.
