CIRCUIT TRAINING UNIT

Circuit Training is a varied method of fitness that can be performed many different ways. Our version is focused around how to utilize fitness facility equipment to improve muscular endurance. Each day of the unit we discuss a different work out and its components. The students pace their workouts using a free Tabata timer. Some examples of circuits taught are:

  • Line
  • Split- upper/lower
  • Superset Antagonistic
  • Repeat
  • Cardio Repeat
  • Full Body Solo
  • Full Body Solo Blast
  • WOD Surprise ( Random "Workout Of the Day")
