Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Jayanti

Dr. Ambedkar is known as the principal architect of the Constitution of India and has been bestowed with the country’s highest civilian honor – the Bharat Ratna. On Ambedkar Jayanti, also known as Bhim Jayanti, we pay homage to his contribution to the making of India and the efforts to curb social discrimination. CCCD organized Essay Contest and an Art Competition (painting/sketch/collage/poster/video) on this occasion and both the competitions were open to all students, faculty, staff and family members. The themes revolve around the values of social equality, social justice, law and Constitution as embodied by Dr. Ambedkar.
