Introducing our Guest Speaker for this year's IISMUN, Echo Lin! After Lin completed her studies in the United States, she served as a member of the Formosan Association for Public Affairs (FAPA) in the US, and began to come in contact with human rights NGOs in Taiwan. Then, she served as the Director of the FAPA, Secretary-General of the Environmental Lawyers Association. As the current Chairperson of Amnesty International Taiwan, Lin dedicated her career advocating legal human rights, developing civic power, and protecting the environment.
