Salutations to you all! I'm Sharon Liu, a junior at Morrison Academy Kaohsiung, and I'm honored to serve as president of UNEP. Model United Nations has brought me many trepidations and delights, and I hope to bring that enjoyment into the committees that I lead. To be honest, MUN can be challenging because of the public speaking, research, and the sheer amount of effort needed to be a good delegate. However, I have faith that each and every one of you will grow in the experience and bring something home. Aside from my struggles figuring out whether Kosovo is a country or not, I’m an avid reader of novels and fanfics. In UNEP, it is my wish to learn alongside delegates and foster debate built upon collaboration.
Greetings, delegates! My name is Evelyn Pan, a junior at I-Shou International School. It’s truly an honor to serve as the Deputy President for UNEP at IISMUN I. I began my MUN journey in Grade 8, and it has always been close to my heart, I love the energy of debates, the thought-provoking discussions, and the opportunity to meet so many amazing people. Outside of MUN, I’m passionate about FRC, cello, tennis, basketball, and photography. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out. I hope you all have an unforgettable experience at IISMUN I and leave feeling inspired. Can’t wait to meet yall in December.
