My name is Aurora Liu, a junior at Dominican International School (DIS), and I’m honored and thrilled to serve as your Head Chair in General Assembly 4. My MUN journey started in grade 9. At that time, I was unfamiliar with MUN procedure and was terrified to make any speeches. During the whole conference, I asked only one POI! However, I pushed myself to attend more conferences. Over time, I found my passion in debates, and it motivated me to share my ideas and perspectives with other enthusiastic delegates I met along this journey. MUN isn’t just about debates; it’s about making new friends and learning how to collaborate with all kinds of people. I encourage all of you to try your best to shine during debates, and most importantly, to have fun! Outside of MUN, I enjoy watching classic rom-coms and true crime documentaries on Netflix. Hello people, my name is Joe Lin for IIS, currently in 9th grade. I am really excited to participate in the upcoming conference as a co-chair. This is my second time chairing and I am very honored to take this position. I have started participating in MUN 3 years ago, with almost 15 conferences I can confidently say that I really enjoy MUN, both debating and chairing, there for, I wish to give you, the delegates, the best experience possible by doing my very best.
