Student ID Cards
All students are issued an ICS identification card with name, grade level and photo. Lost or stolen ID cards should be reported to the office immediately. A replacement card will be issued for 100 birr. ICS identification cards are not transferable to others and should not be loaned to others to give them campus access.
The ID cards are used as prepaid debit cards, within ICS only, to purchase a hot lunch/buffet or snacks from the ICS cafeteria. The prepaid account uses an electronic debit system. The student ID card has a unique code that is used to access the student’s ICS prepaid account by a simple scan at the cafeteria cashier. Students can also use their ID cards to reserve space in the Sports Pavilion and we will be exploring other uses for the ID, for example use at the student store.

Most instructional materials are provided by the school without additional charge. Students are responsible to purchase their own consumable supplies such as notebooks, paper, dividers, pens, rulers, etc. Because good supplies can be difficult to find locally, the on-campus Student Store offers a selection of common items. The Student Store is open in the morning, at lunchtime and just after school. You may also access the Student Store online by clicking here.
Please press the 'More' button at the top of this page for a detailed supply list for middle school students.
