At ICS Addis Ababa, the MYP curriculum is organized into eight dynamic subject groups that provide a balanced and holistic education for our middle school students. These include Language and Literature, Language Acquisition, Individuals and Societies, Sciences, Mathematics, Arts, Physical and Health Education, and Design. Each subject group encourages students to think critically, make connections across disciplines, and engage with the world around them in meaningful ways. Through these diverse areas of learning, students develop essential knowledge, skills, and attitudes that support their growth as inquirers, collaborators, and principled global citizens. This structure ensures that every student receives a well-rounded education that prepares them for future academic challenges and real-life problem-solving.
