When you are receiving feedback its about listening and understanding. Meet the feedback with confidence and curiosity, even if you feel the feedback might have been poorly delivered. Ask yourself: What can I learn from this? Which insight might I find that can help me grow?

When receiving feedback, read it through and follow-up with questions for anything that is unclear to you. Be mindful here as your focus should be on understanding what has been provided to you - not to argue, defend or explain further.
